Returns, Cancellations and Exchange

How can I return something that I bought?

We are happy to offer a 15-day return policy (fully refundable) for unused items that still have the tag attached.

To process a return, please follow the below mentioned
steps:

1. Keep all items (INCLUDING the invoice) in a package.

2. Please be sure that all items that are to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Any items that were damaged duringtransit must also bear the tag for us to process the refund.

3. Email us at iykykcustomersupport@nykaa.com with images of the products with packaging and tags to schedule a return pick up.

Please note the following, once you have initiated a return pick-up:

1. Subsequent to us approving the return pick up based on the images you have shared, your package will be picked up by our logistics partner at no extra cost to you within business days.

2. COD Orders: Once the item is
received by us, we will do an online refund via NEFT within 3 business days.

3. Prepaid Orders: Once the item is received by us, we will refund the amount of that item via the initial payment mode (Credit Card, Debit Card, or Bank account) within 3- business days.

4. Please allow at least 12-15 business days for the entire return process to be completed.

How can I exchange something that I bought?

Exchanges may not always be possible, given that the stock for each item keeps changing based on demand. However, please get in touch with our customer service team to request for an exchange order for items purchased on www.iykykclub.com.

How can I cancel something that I bought?

We can only accept requests for cancellations before an order is dispatched. Once an order is dispatched and you would like to cancel it, please call us at 1800-210-020 or email us at iykykcustomersupport@nykaa.com
